Hamid Rahman M.D.

Hamid Rahman M.D., FRCS is a staple in the Orthopedic community for over 35 years. He serves as an ambassador to his community, providing excellent, high level care with compassion. As an International Scholar, Dr. Rahman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopedics conditions.

A native of Pakistan, Dr. Rahman completed his medical training at Khyber Medical College Peshawar.
He traveled to the United Kingdom where he completed his general surgical training in Edinburgh. There he achieved the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS).

Dr. Rahman completed his orthopedic residency training at Stony Brook University Medical Center on Long Island, NY. In 1981 he started the Orthopaedic Sports and Spine medical group in Southern California. Over the past three decades, Dr. Rahman has dedicated his craft to providing compassionate care to the community he cherishes.

Dr. Rahman is a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME). He specializes in the care of the injured worker. His extensive experience helps to direct workers and employers towards the appropriate care required.

Dr. Hamid Rahman is proud to share his love for patient oriented Orthopedic care with his son, Dr. Faiz Rahman, who has closely followed in his footsteps. Collectively they deliver the latest and most innovative Orthopedic treatment modalities while maintaining core family values.

Dr. Rahman’s interests are vast. He enjoys growing various fruits and vegetables in his garden, including maintaining a honeybee hive. As an avid traveler, he has experienced many exotic cultures World. At home he is surrounded by his loving family.
